I have followed your journal so I know that 2-mile time is good for you. I do believe, however, that you are capable of dropping it even more, but only if you really want to.

Pullups 3X10- 10-+10lbsX10-+25lbsX8-2*
Dips 5X25-25-25-10-10-10
Situps 5X25-25-25-25*-25*-25*
Crossfit WOD:
Hang Squat Clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
55lbsX3-75lbsX3-85lbsX3-95lbsX3100lbsX3-100lbsX3-105lbsX3
pretty good night.
*on the pullups i only got 8 reps with 25lbs strapped on, but jumped right back and got 2 more out.
*after 2 sets of 25 on the dips i was shakey, 10 felt easy though
*on the situps i grabbed a 8lb ball and did crunches holding it over me after my first two sets.
the squat hang cleans were new to me, so i went pretty light to start out. kind of a weird exercise to get the hang of.

those are weighted dips right? 5 at 25#, 5 at 25# etc? I got confused too when I was looking at it thinking you did 5 sets of 25 dips ...

Four rounds for time of:
Run 1/4 mile
50 Squats
had the treadmill maxed at 12.1 or 12.2 (can't remember) forgot my watch today to time myself but im gonna say i completed this in 11 mins maybe a little more but not much. i was flying on the treadmill, it didn't even hit me until afterwards but the total time on the treadmill was 5:29 . after i finished my fourth round iw as streching and i started pouring sweat.

100 burpees in 8:08
sit ups and push ups in the am
originally i was going to do four 2 minute rounds on the punching bag then 25 burpees but the punching bag broke off the hook so until i can fix it i won't be using that. still those burpees were a killer!
