im kind of mad i didn't stick it out and finish, but thank you for the support. i honestly think i would have thrown up from this WOD. it really was brutal. i will set a dat aside soon to complete this.

Crossfit WOD:
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps: 95-105-110-115-120
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps: 105-110-115-120-125
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps: 65-75-90-105-110-115

ehhhhhh, so-so workout. i don't feel like i really pushed myself too much tonight. just kind of going through the motions and using lighter weights that i was comfortable with

Five rounds for time of: 39:11
400 meter Run
50 Squats
30 Back extensions

not bad. did not want to go to the gym tonight at all, in fact earlier today i decided not to go, but i pushed through and went anyway. got there and told myself i would finish this WOD no matter what. definately felt a meeting with "Pukie" coming on towards the end. im sure the frozen pizza for dinner didn't help at all
