well i haven't posted in awhile but i've been hittin the gym still. getting burned out on going to the gym so i've changed my routine a bit and incoporated more outdoor activities for the nice summer weather, you'll see!

haha well im only in the gym 2 days a week so gotta make it count! just got back from a 4.2 miler at 5am!! got home from the gym last night at 9pm....zzzzzzzzzzz

missed the deads and the crunches. someone was in the deadlift area when i wanted to hit it and the gym was closing so no crunches. good workout regardless. almost ready to throw up some 45's on the push press!!

haha humidity sucks. still impressive workouts, lots of cardio followed the next day by a ton of hard lifting. that's tough, great work
