groin still sore, so no gym yesterday, might try and go do some light stuff tomorrow, still trying to take it easy!

Dips 4X12- 10-10-10 (kept it minimal)
Incline BB Press 3X5- 65lbsX5-65lbsX5-95lbsX5
Military Press 3X8- 55lbsX8-55lbsX8-60lbsX8
Calf Raise 5X15- 45lbsX15-45lbsX15-65lbsX15 (kept it minimal)
Close Grip Press 3X8- 95lbsX8-95lbsX8-100lbsX8

so as you can tell i kept it very light just to play it safe on my first trip back to the gym. the squats KILLED my quads haven't done them in 3 weeks or more, i am surprised with the light weight. still satisfied with the workout

Pierini i have done them in the past, and i'm actually thinking about siging up for a 7 miler coming up (not sure though i might be in cali when it happens --moving to cali!! pysched)
