Did you do the bodyweight stuff (pushups/pullups/situps) before your weights? That may have caused a little pre-exhaustion and made the weights feel heavier than normal. 145 is pretty strong on the incline press, and I like the front squats, keep it up!
It looks like you didn't do those bodyweight exercises the last time you did this workout.

you're right eric, i didn't do them last time, but i don't think it was that, i think just all the bike riding and running tires me out more than normal, especially since i've kicked it up a notch now, loving it though!!

not a bad day, rode my mtn bike 20 miles total, and got in a good 45 minute workout at the gym.
on my way home some punks decided it would be funny to throw a water bottle at me from behind, luckily it missed but i was BS. people are stupid.
