thanks minime! yes i am still planning on moving, things got a little screwed up with the Coast Guard as far as my transfer goes but i *think* i took care of it this past week. looking like its going to be october-ish

decent run, i was getting some serious shin splints during the run though, i wonder if i should cut back on the running or maybe find some more streches and do that more often? any suggestions from anyone?

best thing with shin splints is to either lay off the running or tape them up good and run on a good surface like soft earth or all-weather track. where you planning to move to?

no shin splints today!! time is ehh but i felt good on the run, i noticed that i never really feel out of breath or anything when i run, only thing that will bother me is my legs sometimes.

You could probably cut back on the running, maybe mix in some C2 rowing to give your shins a rest.
Maybe try running only 1 in 2 days for the next week or two?
Are you training for a marathon or something, I can't remember.
