well hey everyone!! i'm here in california now been her for a couple weeks now, been working out for the past couple weeks also, just haven't documented any of it, i'm going to come up with a new work out plan and post it when i do!!

yesterday i did shoulders/legs in my friends gym in his apartment complex, and today i did some sit ups/pushups/pullups/4 mile run!

trying a new program where you go heavy, gonna see how this goes for a month or so, see if i make some gains. its been a while since i deadlifted so i went light, and benching and squats have ben a few weeks now. nothing too crazy today!

so hot out!! run was tough, i've been doing this run in a path the town i'm living in has, and its all mulch and sand, much tougher than pavement!

its so nice out here, hasn't rained or been cloudy once!! after chatting it up with some locals they say they LOVE the rain, since it never rains, they feel guilty sitting inside!!
