Crossfit "Mary"

in 20mins do as many sets as you can:

5 Handstand pushups
10 One Legged Squats
15 Pullups

did 8 sets total in 20 mins, man what a workout, my last four my pullups weren't 15, it went 12 - 10- 10 - 10 not bad but not great either.

after that i went for a 1.5 mile run, feel pretty good, def going to start incorporating some crossfit into each week!

3 sets of the following:
Run .5mile
50 Back Extensions*
50 Situps

did it in 25 mins, the gym on base doesn't have a back extension machine so i did 50 reps of goodmornings with a barbell instead. worked up a good sweat on this one, it was fun.

typically just below 30 mins, i would say anywhere from 25-30mins depending on the day and if i'm actually into it or not.
