good workout, the deads felt good, i can def go up next week. i was pushing myself harder, a couple of the exercises i pushed past the point where i felt "comfortable" in stopping (when i hit my minimum amount of reps) gott akeep it up and go harder

also played volleyball for 45 mins today. the run was tough, shin splints were pretty bad. made it though, had to push for it.
