after Fran i was done, stuck out the 2 mile run anyway, it wasn't the easiest 2 miles i've done

legs were shaking afterwards. i think i could have done better, i went out for new year's and didn't get much sleep so i was tired going into this workout, but it felt good to get it done!

I did that workout once last year, good old "Pukie Brewster". I believe my time was in the 17 minute range. Very good effort. I know the feeling you describe.
