"Cindy" WOD complete as many rounds in 20 mins as you can.
5 Pullups
10 pushups
15 Squats

got 21 rounds done, and 5 pullups before the clock ran out.

after that went for a 2.3 mile run: 22:47

Ditto about your "Cindy" WOD performance. Very impressive.

Did you do kipping pullups or strict?

thanks for the compliments!! geez i honestly didn't think it was that great? regardless thank you. i really need to work on my run times this year. i have decided that come march/april i am going to begin the seals workout again, i did it back in 2004 and had success with it. i plan on swimming as much as possible this year too, i would really like to get some nice early morning swims in at the beachs when it gets warmer out

oh and pierini, strict pullups

BB Bench 3x5- 150lbsX5-165lbsX5-175lbsX5
Pullups 30- 20-10
Military Press 3X5- 95lbsX5-95lbsX5-100lbsX5
BB Rows 3X5- 135lbsX5-145lbsX5-155lbsX5
Dips 30- 30
PushPress 3X5- 95lbsX5-100lbsX5-105lbsX5

not a bad workout, shoulders feel weak compared to the otehr week when i got more weight on my military press, i think they are sore from "Cindy" so that might be why

Not that impressive? 21 rounds?!! that is totally awesome. And with strict pullups too which makes it harder. you must have just going nonstop!

and 585 for TSE, how did you manage that?!! 31 pushups in 20 seconds? you are clearly not human, that score would be considered elite I am sure. When I browsed the comments I don't think anybody scored that high! Great job!

Clean & Jerk 3X5- 95lbsX5-105lbsX5-110lbsX5
Deadlift 3X5- 245lbsX5-255lbsX5-270lbsX5
Farmer's Walk 3- 90lbs-90lbs-90lbs (around the entire weight lifting area)
Seated Calf Raises 3X10- 105lbsX10-110lbsX10-115lbsX10
Squats 3X5- 235lbsX5-245lbsX5-255lbsX5

overall i was happy with tonights workout, felt good on my cleans, and deads. squats, eh i was heavier last week but i think the fact that i did them at the very end of my workout hurt my #'s, that and all the cross fit i did this past week.

hey seraph I'm sure you calculated fine... you are just an 'elite' athlete thats all! Hope you are feeling better! Where do you go night boarding? There is a place close to us that opens at night but I think its not a very good mountain! Fine for me but not for my daredevil husband
