How are you measuring bf? The thing to remember is that most bf measurement methods aren't very accurate, so I wouldn't worry too much about small fluctuations one way or the other. If the trend continues, however, time to take a look at your nutrition again.

Im using some 'weight-watcher' scales, which work through an electric pulse im guessing.
It's weird, because my diet hasn't changed and im being really careful about what and when i eat!
could it 'possibly' be that i've maybe gained a bit of muscle (maybe on my mid-section?) by running, and the scales are showing it as fat? (or is that just wishful thinking) lol

The scales aren't very accurate.
Calipers (used by a skilled individual) or hydrostatic testing are the way to go, from what I remember.

I think i had some digital calipers somewhere, but i'm not a professional lol
Ah well, i'll take the results with a pinch of salt for now!
3rd week of the running plan is pretty hard, the final running stretch is a real challenge, although i seem to be making progress
Wondering if it will be worth me getting some Whey for my upper-body weekend-workouts, or would that be overkill? (they'll be about an hour)

Week 3 (Run 1.5 mins / Walk 1.5 mins / Run 3 mins / Walk 3 mins - Total 38 mins)
As you can see, the 3 minute run intervals got me up to 95-98% of my Max HR... by the time i finished i was pretty sure i wouldn't have been able to go on any more, even if i wanted to lol
Pretty consistent results throughout the week :/
I'm kinda scared of next week's runs (see the schedule in my 1st post)

The way these things work is something called "bioimpedence." What it does is send a little electrical pulse through your body and measures how easily it goes through. The electrical pulse will go through lean mass faster than fat. They aren't real accurate, and it can be affected by your hydration levels.

I decided to treat myself on Sunday night, had a nice Japanese meal (noodles/chicken and some dumplings), went and saw a film (scoffed a bag of sweets)... WHAT A MISTAKE! I had to go home sick today at work... feeling absolutely awful
I haven't even started running this week

Body Fat_____17.8lbs (-3lbs)
Body Fat %___14% (-1.6%)

Didn't run last week due to sickness plus i forgot to do the weigh-in yesterday, so i'm running a day late.
This week i've resumed my running plan, currently on week 4.

Week 4 (Run 3 mins / Walk 1.5 mins / Run 5 mins / Walk 2.5 mins / Run 3 mins / Walk 1.5 mins / Run 5 mins)
Not totally happy with my running this week, i only managed the complete run (without holding onto the treadmill supports during the final running section) on Friday... so i think i'm going to repeat the week. (Which should put me in good stead for week 5 i hope!)
Do my recovery times seem good/OK/normal? I don't really have anything to compare them to!

Monday weigh-in:
Weight_______127lbs (-0.6lbs
Body Fat_____17.4lbs (-0.4lbs)
Body Fat %___13.8% (-1.6%)
Hydration____62.9% (+0.1%)

Repeating week 4 of my running plan this week. Today's run was actually pretty easy, so hopefully the rest of the week will go equally well, so i can move onto week 5

[REPEATED] Week 4 (Run 3 mins / Walk 1.5 mins / Run 5 mins / Walk 2.5 mins / Run 3 mins / Walk 1.5 mins / Run 5 mins)

Quite happy with my running this week. I repeated week 4 of my plan, as i had to run assisted a couple of times last week, however this week i havent had to slow down or hold onto the treadmill for the last 5 minute stretch at all.
Week 5 up next, finishing the week with a 20 minute run
Just for comparison, here's last Friday's run, compared to yesterday's run:
(Last Friday = Red - Yesterday = Green)

Monday weigh-in:
Weight_______126.8lbs (-0.2lbs
Body Fat_____16.8lbs (-0.6lbs)
Body Fat %___13.3% (-0.5%)
Hydration____63.3% (+0.4%)
BMI__________19.9 (same)
On week 5 of my running plan now, this is the first week where there are different routines for the week (which will make graphing them a bit awkward, but i'll post them nonetheless).
Comments/critique welcome!

Progressing quite well with the week's runs so far... although tomorrow it's time for a 20 minute run.. something that I'm not used to, as I've only really ever done interval training :O
Not massively confident (especially as I'm not feeling too great today) - but finger's crossed for tomorrow
