I've determined that since most of my eating should be post workout, it may be best for me to move my workouts to mornings as much as possible.

I have the typical problem of eating most of my foods late in the day/night. Given my goals, will this hurt me or actually help?

Eating

Well I'm new here, new to working out, however, after fighting obesity for years I tend to be an expert at foods, or at least bad foods.....LOL....first, and I know some will disagree with me, but... Milk is full of sugars (not to mention pus and antibiotics), Second, there is no way your body can absord 70 gms of protein at one time, seems to me you're wasting the money and time on the protein shakes.... I'd cut them to maybe 35 or 40 gms per shake... have ya tried ProBlend 55... Just some thoughts.... I've got lot's of questions about working out also.. and I'm no expert on most of this....

As per the directions on the container:

1 scoop (29g)

Take 2 heaping scoops 2-3 times daily.

That equals 58g per serving and I ball parked for the additional in the heap.
