Talking

going HEAVY or HIGH reps on SOUTH BEACH

QUICK QUESTION:
while following the south beach diet or a low carb diet to attain fat loss and cutting up, WILL GOING HEAVY or HIGH reps help in achieving looking cut?

i am on the south beach diet now and hav reintroduced GOOD carbs in my diet. My concern was if i should do more weight or reps, I KNOW THERE IS A LOT OF DIFFERENT OPINIONS, i just wanted to see if someone has tried it.

It's a lowered carb diet, with low GI carbs and stuff like that...

I totally disagree. I've tried low carb, no bad carbs low good carb, diets before and had WAY more energy than on a low fat diet. I think it is an individual thing. Many people have had great success on low carb diets. Just as many have had great success on low fat diets. :

And for the record you can't have fried chicken on the diets unless you were to roll it in low carb flour first.
