Overtraining?

I'm 26, I weight 200 lbs or just over, my bodyfat is about 8%, and I'm 6'0" or 6'1".

What is it about my routine that makes you think I'm overtraining? The most sets I do for any bodypart in a week is 20, which doesn't seem like that much to me. And that's only for the large bodyparts like legs, back and chest. Also, for the lifting portion of my workouts, I'm only lifting for about 45 to 55 minutes tops. I almost never lift for more than an hour in any one workout. And I do have two rest days each week.

If anything, I would have thought that I might want to lift more and maybe add a few more sets to my workouts. But I'd seriously like to hear why you think I'm overdoing it. I'm definitely open to suggestions.

Well I won't argue with you if you are 200 and 8% body fat.

I work my legs out every 9 days normally, and then only 8 sets. 7 days and I make less progress.

'Course now that it's snowboarding season, it's more like 3 times a week.

You ever take a week off? The reason I ask is every time I did, I came back a ton stronger. Hence why I kept lengthening my rest time. Just curious.
