I did legs on Monday, rowing Tuesday, chest Wednesday, ran Thursday. I could hardly move (legs) Tuesday and this morning (legs again) so I decided it was time to rest. So yeah. . . I can relate to the soreness. The wierd thing is the rowing made my inner thighs (up high) real sore. Have you noticed that?

Yes, i actually do believe it or not. I was thinking about your question and I know what it is about modeling that I enjoy. I really like knowing that I have completed something and will have a finished product. My regular job just never ends, there is no reward and no sense of accomplishment. With modeling you get the shots and see them up on the monitor and it is rewarding. I'm sure it will be motivating and exciting to see the actual ads. It is very hard work, but work that so far I seem to enjoy. I like that I work hard for 5 or so hours rather then my current job where i have to sit around doing nothing.
Sounds like you've had a really hard workout week LadyC! great job! my upper inner thighs to get sore from rowing, actually I end up sore all over from rowing!
Anyway, thanks everyone for your support, I'll gets some pictures posted as soon as I see/get some. I have no idea what the timeline is.
Brat, LOL about the dream! I'd love to come work out with you and Pierre, how fun would that be?!
I'm finally feeling better and was able to workout today.

CFS class: 8am
group warm-up:
push-ups
downward dog
knees to chest
samson stretch
deadlift workout:
everything was in kilo's and dave had to help me convert to lbs so this might be a bit off.
95x5, 95x5, 115x5, 115x5, 135x5, 135x5, 135x5, 145x5, 155x5, 165x5, 165x5
Dave said my deadlift looks really nice and then had me demonstrate infront of the class, so I tried extra hard not to mess up! He gave me this tidbit about scraping of the shins: he said most people who scrape/bruise their shins do so because their shoulders round just slightly on their pull. Apperently I don't do this so he coudln't figure out why i bruise myself so badly.
workout:
AMRAP in 20 min of KB SAS 5 per side then switch
I opted to get more instruction from Dave instead of doing the timed workout. Probably did 80-100, didn't keep count. This is only my second time doing KB snatches and I still smack my forearms pretty badly. One of the other trainers was here and helped me out too which was nice. I had a lot more trouble on my stronger arm then on the weaker and this trainer noticed that on my stronger arm the weight came up easier, so I was having trouble controlling the KB which is why it smacked me so hard. On my weaker side I didn't generate as much power and was able to have more control. It was a very interesting and helpful observation.
off to my regular gym for the WOD:
thruster WU: 45x10
handstand holds: x3
"Fran"
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95
pound Thruster (55#)
Pull-ups
time: 4:14 (PR)
last time: 5:38. happy to shave off over 1 min. Did same weights last time, next time will go up to 65#. I always forget how hard Fran hits me, I was practically hyperventilating. 21 reps of thrusters and pull-ups unbroken and done around 1:20 reps 15-9 of thrusters also unbroken, but pull-ups were broken badly, even on the 9 rep round. I wish I had a HR monitor on for this because I think this WOD gets my HR up the higest.
gonne be lazy today then go see b/f's band play tonight. will post up food tomorrow.
