great job doing grace as rx'd, you rock! even kelly moore only used 65 and she weighs more than you do! I cannot imagine c&j 95# 30 times, that is insane!

that is so cool, you are training a celeb! you may get some good referrals from that... soon you will be "nadia : personal trainer to the stars!"

You are a superstar now Nadia! Great work and don't try to tear yourself apart in the gym just because you were not born with penis.

You are super fast and super strong for a girl!

pre:nswux1
between sets: 5x15 ghd sit-ups
post: max reps hspu:2 (ya shoulders fried!)

max PJx5 is 110 just didn't have it in my today. i'm confident that I can PJ 125 though for 1RM. very happy with SP PR i have been stuck at 90 for a long time and have only hit 95 twice since 2008. 100# press was a huge PR and surprise for me. if I can push that during a CFT i will be very happy.

seraph- i entertained the thought of quitting eva too. god she was a monster. eric was working while i did eva and he kept coming to check on me and push me through the workout...otherwise i would have stood around a lot longer. which part killed you the most? for me it was pull-ups. grip was fried!
