wow you were flying on todays WOD! you must have been going nonstop!
For me it was the grip also with eva, my hands are in bits now. Also the nausea slowed me down. It was one of the worst workouts ever!

las time i did angie in 16:03. this time i forgot to set-up dumbells to anchor my feet with for sit-ups so that took some time. also slower on pull-ups 100 took me 7 min and this time took me 8:15. oh well, happy with the effort.
i've been eating turkey now for a couple of weeks which is huge as i have not eaten meat in over 10 years. eric loves meat and we had a pizza a month or so ago with proccuto on it and i liked it. last night i made him meetballs with rigitoni (beef, pork and veal) and i ate one! damn im branching out! i don't think i could eat the entire bowl, but damn it tasted good.
today is linda, i am scared.

Wow, awesome time. You smoked mine by about 50mins. Were the pullups kipped? I really want to see what people can do for strict, as that's what I've been doing.

awesome job on angie gymgirl! and on the SDHP workout which was very tough i thought!
How is your ROM on ring dips now? do you 'kip' them? (kick with the legs) I find it impossible to get a full ROM on the rings but have been doing smaller ROM and kips to try to get better at them. I still hate them though!
also way to go on linda, i saw your *awesome* time/weights on CF. You rock!

Set up three bars and storm through for time.
rounds 6-1 rx'd! aughhhh so close, if i had a spotter i would have gone for 100% bw bench on rounds 10-7.
Deadlift: 165# (150%)
Bench press: (used 95# (86%) for rounds of 10 & 9 used 100# (90%) for round 8 and 105# (95%) for round 7 and 110# (100%) for rounds 6-1)
Clean: 80# (75%)

holy crap. had a panic attack in the middle of the workout and luckily was able to talk myself through it. the second i was done like 5 guys came running over to use the bench press, monday is definitely chest day at the globo gym.

minime- no i don't kip the ring dips, funny because in that video of opt vs freddy where opt is kipping i actually asked dave castro (can we do that?) haha, dave said totally. i don't have real rings right now and have to use the extra long cable handles and loop them over the dip bar, i dont think they would take kipping, maybe when i get my real rings ill try it. oh and yes ring dips suck, buy round 3 i was doing 2 reps at a time and round 5-7 mostly singles. yuck. filthy fifties tonight with eric, gotta shoot for sub-20!
j-mike- yes kipping pull-ups for me all the way! my workout partner eric does strict and can do angie in 17 min, that brat!

That's incredible, how much does Eric weigh? I've got Linda tonite  I'll post results later. I'm going to have to go at the dead of night so that the gym's empty to get access to the bars.

147 soaking wet. LOL that bastard eats like a can of beans, rice beef (i made him 1 1/2 lbs of meatballs the other night) dessert, he eats constantly and pretty much anything he wants but never puts on weight. since crossfitting though he went from 135 to 147 (on a good day) he's 5'10-5'11 too, just very lean (former collegite and nationally ranked rower) also collegite runner so ripped but very slender. that jackass. i hate him.
