Hannster30's 2008 Journal

Hey everyone I am finally back. I have been lurking around the site for quite sometime since I have previously became a member, I just simply fell of the work out track and healthy eating track. Although I have been absent, and not eating the way I want to, I didn't go uneducated, I actually learned alot from my previous mistakes, and am ready to try and change things again.

Luckily I didn't loose too much ground when I came to a complete hault in my fitness regime. I am about 173.5....turned 20....5'9...and 22% bf.

Today I woke up and for the first time in months decided today was the day I am making the turn around, I got up went and started my day with an arms day, and made sure I didn't overdo it so I wouldn't be unmotivated.

Sorry about the rant, just wanted to keep anyone who was curious of whereabouts updated, and I won't lie I was very hesitant to come back for a very long time.

Feb 21 and 22 Post

Feb 21
Took a rest day after splurging back into my workout and diet regimine. I was very sore when I woke up. I woke up ate healthily and pretty much studied all day.
Feb 22
Got up after my rest day feeling a bit more refreshed then yesterday. Got in the gym early, and simply was contemplating what to start out with. I decided to go with my cardio, so I hoped on a bike. I did about 10 mins of Hiit and was bleeping drained. I thought i was about to just tip over on the bike. I then decided to try push through the pain and hit up my legs routine which I am still in the process of coming up with a plan.

Eating healthy and feeling good overall. The pain I feel is simply encouragement to know although everything in my diet and workout routine aren't set in stone, i can still feel every part of my body sore so something atleast is kind of right.

A few side notes to progress thus far and thoughts about previous failures in the transfer from an overall change in lifestyle.

In my previous attempt, I simply was lacking dietary fibre as far as I can understand overall...I'm still learning. Don't underestimate the power of those green veggies to satisfy your appetite. I was hungry all the time before and now very rarely. I'm sorry from before I don't know how many millions of times I've read from all the vet's on here about fiburous veggies, but I simply overlooked them...stupid

I guess that's all I have for now.
