I use
www.fitday.com to log my
calorie intake throughout the day. I just figured out that they have a cool feature where you can make your
journal public so here is mine if you can to see what i have to eat. The only bad thing about it is it doesnt split it up into meals so you cant see what my meals look like but you can kind of figure it out. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Im going to stick to around 2500 calories for the next 3 - 4 weeks then increase to 3000 for two weeks then 3500 for two weeks....... you get the point ITS TIME TO GROW!!!
