I figured I would give this online journal another go. Hopefully this time I will get to stick to it and be injury free. Here We go:
Just started working heavy again about four weeks ago. My starting weight was 245.
Had a great chest day yesterday, working my way up to 315 on the bench for 7 reps. After five sets on the bench I moved to Incline preses for five sets, then onto dumbell flyes and machine press for five sets each.

Great chest day yesterday. Started off with flat bench and pyramided my way up to 315 for eight reps. Then five sets of incline dumbells. five sets of decline dumbells, and five sets of cable flyes.
