How to loose weight and stay cut...

I am new here and new to working out. I am going into the Air Force soon and have to loose weight to sign up. My biggest issue is I am wanting to build my muscles but I want to loose weight. How do I gain muscle size and loose the weight as well. I weigh 206 pounds and have to get down to 194. 194 is my maximum weight I can have to get into the air force. Can anyone help me on this.

Thanks

How much of that 206 lbs is fat?
Have you started working out yet?
Within what time-frame do you need to reduce your weight?

Why don't you list in some detail your eating habits, what if any exercise you do, your height, age, etc. That will give cursor and others a better opportunity to assess where you really are and make better suggestions.

Where in Knoxville do you live? I grew up in Seymour.

Ok... Here are the details. I am 17, weigh 206, run 1.5 to 2 miles a day, do a weekly routine of working out chest with back, shoulders with chest and forarm, and legs accasionally. Two days a week is spent doing pure cardio for 1 hour.

Also to answer your question. I live in Alcoa. It is right outside K-Town.

Thanks a lot for the help.
