How to stay motivated when....

Hey everyone! I am new here but I am so happy I found this site with people who have same problems and goals as me.
Loosing weight and not gaining it back is kind of a war that I have my whole life. So far its been ok. I was loosing weight and doin my best keeping it. Then a few weeks ago my best friend and I had a fight. Next day she emailed me sayin all these means things includin my weight. Then also my bf made an insensitive joke about it. And I snaped... so I kept eatin. Boy do I feel bad. lol So I was wonderin if any of you know a fast diet kinda like for a week or so that I can use to go back to my normal rutine? I would really appreciate it.

Welcome to the forums!!! Hmmmm well Im assuming your trying to lose weight so Id say go with a 2000 cal diet. 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat ( not saturated fat) try to go easy on the carbs later in the day. this is VERY basic post if you need more detail

Lighten up on yourself. What do you usually do in the gym?
