I would cut out the soda, because those sugars are going to really hinder your fat-loss. Chicken burrito though doesn't sound bad, but take it easy on the chips too bro. Good luck. boy are you quick. i just posed this. i also had a salad about 3pm with lemon juice and parmesian salad. and a protein drink.
my workout is m/w yoga and step or body sculpting. t/th weight lifting whole body. i am going to add a bike ride f/su starting this week. however, these are college courses and i am on spring break = no workout this week. i am going stir crazy.
