i am so discouraged, i'm going to have liposuction . . . just kidding


today i ate a banana and 1/2 grape fruit about 8 am

i had a chicken burrito with chips and cheese and a sprite soda about 10 am

i had a handfull of sunflower seads at about noon

i ate a t-bone steak and 1/2 artichoke w/fatfree miracle whip and a 4oz glass of wine.

i did not exercise today. i did some light house keeping with some furniture moving (not much) little gardening.

Diet looks good today man. I am assuming by the title of your journal that your main goal is fat-loss, correct? I would cut out the soda, because those sugars are going to really hinder your fat-loss. Chicken burrito though doesn't sound bad, but take it easy on the chips too bro. Good luck. What kind of training are doing?

boy are you quick. i just posed this. i also had a salad about 3pm with lemon juice and parmesian salad. and a protein drink.

my workout is m/w yoga and step or body sculpting. t/th weight lifting whole body. i am going to add a bike ride f/su starting this week. however, these are college courses and i am on spring break = no workout this week. i am going stir crazy.

total calories 1290

back to school. weight training whole body supper slow. so far 565 calories
