I play Ice Hockey for the college team and I'm currently on a great plan that a
Personal Trainer and I both made. I've been eating right for a while now but I dont think I eat enough. I'm also
lactose intolerant which I find cripples my diet. I eat alot of tuna, fish & chicken when I can (at college its hard). I eat alot of fruit and salads. Oatmeal with fruit in the mornings. Um, I guess its a pretty simple diet. I just wanna get from you guys what you think my Calorie intake should be and other vital stuff.
I just started eating protein bars after work outs and using whey afterwards as well.

Monday, Wednsday, Friday - Weight Training
Tuesday, Thursday, Satuday- Cardio Training
