I don't have specific workout advice for you...but I would like to address your general attitude of hopeless negativism. Consider the lilies of the god-d*mn field, Nate! All will be well. Setting yourself up for failure will lead to failure.

How many calories a day are you getting? No red meat? I don't why, I just always associate getting bigger and stronger with steak.

Nate, don't think you suck, just realize that you haven't found your way yet. If bigger is your goal, give some serious consideration to Max OT, if stronger is your goal then take a look at MostMuscle's "it's on 2005" thread in the progress pictures section. He outlined an OLAD program that I tried - I'm almost finished with week 3 right now and have made 30-40lb gains in strength. I really would NOT have ever beleived that possible until I was benching today and it hit me that 3 weeks ago I was struggling with my bench and ended up finishing my workout with 155lb - today I finished it with 185lb. I'm actually looking forward (kind of) to squatting tomorrow. The strength gains are definitely gonna come in handy when I get back to Max OT next month.

Give it some though, check out some different plans, find one you can live with and stick to it...you'll do great man. I've seen you on the board for a long time - I know you have a good knowledge base to work from, now all you've got to do is DO IT.

Back from my break, went to the gym today, but not so much to workout but to get a bit of training in. was working on my clean technique. and was shown how to do over head squats, and **** me there hard.

worked out my routine over the break. and will get back into it tomorow.
