I'll give this journal a go.....


Rob and I worked chest today. We have come to find that I'm not pushing to my potential so we're increasing my weights. I'm really loving the 'hurt' again.

Shoulders:

Incline Dumbell
22.5 lbs x 12 reps
25 x 10 reps
30 x 8 reps

Bench Press
55lbs x 10 reps
65 x 8 reps
75 x 8 reps -- this is my maximum weight and reps

Fly
52.5lbs x 12 reps
57.5 x 8 reps
60 x 8 reps

Cable Crossovers
20lbs x 10 reps
25 x 10 reps
30 x 8 reps

I'm not sure how often I'll post, but I'll do the best I can. Any suggestions good or otherwise will be graciously accepted.

I started weights like 2 weeks ago and I only bench like 30 lbs, so I'm way jealous of you

Keep at it and you'll see the gains. I'll try to find an old work out log from when Rob and I started and it probably won't be much above or under 30lbs.

BICEPS

Cable Curls
35lbs x 12 reps
40 x 10 reps
45 x 10 reps

Standing Curl
Bar (30lbs) x 12 reps
40lbs x 10 reps
45lbs x 8 reps

Hammer Curls
12.5lbs x 10 reps
15 x 10 reps
15 x 8 reps

TRICEPS

Seated Dip Machine
130lbs x 15 reps
125 x 12 reps
120 x 12 reps

Incline Skull Crushers
40lbs x 12 reps 2 sets
50lbs x 8 reps -- personal highest

Rope Pulldowns
50lbs x 12 reps -- another personal best
45 x 12 reps
40 x 10 reps
