Rob and I worked chest today. We have come to find that I'm not pushing to my potential so we're increasing my weights. I'm really loving the 'hurt' again.

Incline Dumbell
22.5 lbs x 12 reps
25 x 10 reps
30 x 8 reps
Bench Press
55lbs x 10 reps
65 x 8 reps
75 x 8 reps -- this is my maximum weight and reps
Fly
52.5lbs x 12 reps
57.5 x 8 reps
60 x 8 reps
Cable Crossovers
20lbs x 10 reps
25 x 10 reps
30 x 8 reps
I'm not sure how often I'll post, but I'll do the best I can. Any suggestions good or otherwise will be graciously accepted.
