My Bulking Journal!


been gone for a while... i been on other boards but realized df is my roots... where i learned just about every damn thing i know! ok stats are 181 5'6" 20 years old. i been training since i was a little kid. my diet is a bulking diet that i will list every day i come on... my supplements are currently whey protein from trueprotein.com that i mixed myself, and universal kits p-gh which is gaba a amino acid for your brain... i take it in a insulin needle in the mourning at night... it doesnt help much for muscle just overal helps my mood and anxiety and helps me sleep! i also take a pretty good creatine from controlled labs called green bulge. im gonna post my workouts for the past couple of days in here!



shoulders and traps today...

military press 140-8 reps
set 2 and 3 i did 150 for 5 reps
set 4 i did 140 again for 3-4 reps

shoulder flys
set 1) 20 for 9reps
2) 25 for 6reps
3) 20 for 6

db shrugs
1) 95 for 8 reps
2) 100 for 6 reps
3) 55 for 12

this was a rushed workout due to i was workin out at a different gym and it was closing!

so far I didnt see much strength gains today, bout to take my p-gh shot in my delt in a few minutes and watch some tv till i crash... my weight is at 185 this mourning and 182 right now... lookin a little bloated and hating it! i miss the days of having a 6 pack... but once i get to 195 ill cut back down to 180 for a nice 6 pack... just gotta be patient...

BICEPS:
1) barbell curls 95lbs 3x4-5 reps
2)db curls 50x6, 40x6
3)preacher curls machine 80lbs 2x
TRICEPS:
1)close grip bench 185x8, 205x4, 205x3, 185x5
2)skull crushers 75x6
3) bench dips 35+bodyweightx8reps, 35x8, 45x8

calves:
seated calf raises 85x8, 85x8, 85x8

had to leave, i wanted to do more calves but i had to go!

maybe green bulge is working now! i take it about an hour and a half before i worked out today... we'll see... p-gh sides arent as bad any more i only get short of breath for a few seconds now.

p-gh gives you a niacin rush and makes it hard to breath for a few minutes... but ive read alot of scientific studies and it stimulates your pituitary gland to let out more human growth hormone... you could compare it to a tribulus of hgh! i dont care bout the hgh i just enjoy my sleep... my dreams are usually pretty simple now... it makes your brain relax and i always have anxiety so this is a must for me!

its saturday so my first day off in five days... i dont take my p-gh shots on days off so i get two days without having to prick myself...which doesnt bother me a bit. I just took 5 green bulge caps this mourning and am very tempted to do cardio today... even tho im bulking and have been for around three good months... so i dont even know what the word cardio means.

Cardio isn't only for fat loss, it's also beneficial for your heart and lungs and body as a whole.

very true... but bulking gives someone an excuse not to do it... more of a laziness thing... I will start again twice a week... not for fat loss but more for my cholesterol is outta whack and i dont know why... im 20 weight train regularly and have a pretty clean diet! so im gonna just run a mile twice or week or do max ot cardio!

ok on my way to the gym, just took 5 green bulge caps a little bit ago, took my p-gh shot in the mourning sub-q..(on my stomach fat) tonight is gonna be back and bi's...ill post after workout when i get back in a little bit.

it's still good to do cardio 1 or 2 days a week when bulking. when i started bulking i stopped doing cardio for like 2 months, but as time progressed my endurance went way down and my resting heart rate went back up to 60 from 44 or so. i just recently started doing cardio 2 days a week and i feel a million times better during workouts.

thanks alot rats.. yea im just gonna run a mile or two a week nothin big! green bulge are some awsome creatine brand from body building.com their pretty cheap... 30 bucks for a 150 caps... they last you about a month but youll notice the difference!

heres my workout today!

bent rows-185x6,5,4
t-bar rows- 3 platesx6,6,6,
deadlifts-135x12,225x8,315x3,3,3
pulldowns-195x7,195x4...i went up from 180 on these!!
over grip row machine- 3 platesx7,7,

Great workout! i feel pretty good, i was tired and my focus wasnt its greatest but i added weight once again this week...

goin to take 30cc in slin pin of p-gh right now and try to get some shut eye... watching my nephiew tommorow so i gotta be ready for battle tommorow! haha ok back tommorow.

p-gh=crazy ass dreams! I took my green bulge caps and just went to the gym for my chest day... heres how it went!

bb bench- 135x12warm up, 155x6 warm up, 205x6, 205x3, 185x5
db incline bench- 70x6, 70x6, 75x4-5...
weighted dips- 45 platex6, 45x6
pec machine-100x5,70x5

overall a good workout... im finally lifting over 200 on bench for good slow reps which i have to add feels great! I am right now drinking my rootbeer true protein powder i made... it has 85%whey, 10%aminos, 5%creatine, sweetened with sucralose, and i added malodextrin(i think thats how you spell it.) Feeling great

heres some info on my green bulge for those of you who dont know what it is.

serving size=5 caps
servings per container=30
hpercre complex=3450mg

ingredients= magnesium creatine chelate, creatine ethyl ester HCL, betaine anhydrous , taurine ethyl ester DI-HCI, arginine ethyl ester Di-HCI, gylcocyamine, K-RALA, 4-hydroxyisoleucine(20%)

its a great product! for 25 bucks.

ok today was a rushed workout, i walked for 45 minutes in the park with my girlfriend.. then went to the gym and did:

leg press 4x460
lunges 1x40, 1x45

thats all i had time for but got a good pump green bulge is a great product!

sorry I may be slow but what is this p-gh you are shooting ?

I am going to take a wild stab and assume the gh is growth hormone and if so are you sure that's a good idea ?

I apologise if I am left of target on this one, it just peked (sp?) my curiosity to see gh and 200lb bench in the same post.

pgh is an amino acid for the brain which is gaba, and gabob... they stimulate the pituitary gland to release more growth hormones... its the tribulus of gh...

military press: 135x7,135x6,135x6... went down in weight on these! BLOWS!
close grip bench: 205x4, 185x6,185x6,185x6
barbell curls: 95x5, 95x4,95x4, 85x6
skull crushers: 80x6, 80x6
shoulder press machine:75(on each side)x8, 75x9
preacher curls: 75x6, 75x6
rear delt on fly machine: 100x8-9, 115x8, 145x4 supersetted with shoulder flys
shoulder flys: 25x6-7, 25x6-7, 15x9
reverse grip cable curls: 120x4, 100x6
tricep ext: 90x6, 60x9

I know it was alot of work, but i think i might have to miss tommorows gym so i want to make sure i got in tommorows as well... if i do go tommoorw its gonna be abs and calves... todays workout was hard... but alotta fun... my girlfriend is put 15-20 pounds on alot of her lifts its pretty sexy to watch her lift more weights!

ran out of insulin needles... need to go get more so i wasnt able to take this mournings dose of p-gh. weight is 180-182 today... not much change in that but i am eating the same and lookin leaner... maybe effects of plus ammount of gh in my system?
