I am new here so I kinda don't know where to start. I guess for the past two years I have been really kinda down and gained about 40 lbs. I am now ready to make a commitment. My first goal is to loose 40 lbs and and then to really tone up and lower my bf%. I am kind of embarassed to post my weight right now (unless of course you think it can only help). I will just post how what I eat and my routine and feel free to add any constructive criticism.

Glad to have you aboard! First go check out Cursor's Corner (bottom of main page). It is loaded with tons of good nutrition information. Get your diet in order.
Next put together a weight lifting and aerobics plan. To really be successful you need to start changing the bodyfat to muscule. Don't concentrate on just losing fat, increasing the muscle will help boost the metabolism.
Most of all don't give up and ask questions when you get stuck!
