Im trying make my own protien shake with a blender...tips?


Hey, Im trying to make a protien shake and I'mnot sure what to add to it beside eggwhite. If you have any tips or recipes it would be helpful

While this post may be in the wrong area I will answer you I mix 1 1/2 Tblspns of Cottage cheese and 1 1/2 Tblspns of Natty PB with 2 scoops of Optimum Chocolate whey.

There are tons of possibilities.

Depending on you specific goals for the shake, you can use fresh fruit, flavorings, Jello pudding, peanut butter, [always] cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit juices, protein powders, skim milk ...
