While this post may be in the wrong area I will answer you I mix 1 1/2 Tblspns of Cottage cheese and 1 1/2 Tblspns of Natty PB with 2 scoops of Optimum Chocolate whey.

Depending on you specific goals for the shake, you can use fresh fruit, flavorings, Jello pudding, peanut butter, [always] cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit juices, protein powders, skim milk ...
