Ok, here we go again, but on a different track. I am giving up on
weight training (Not completely, but not taking it as seriously). Ive gained some weight and now I dont care how much I can bench or squat anymore, so I just want to get in better shape. I am going to attempt to start doing loads of cardio instead. I will still be using weights to tone, but I wont be looking to increase my bench anymore. It just makes more sense to lose the
extra weight and be healthy. Im going to try to train twice a day if I can fit it in.
Im gonna start my days off with a run. Later in the afternoon I will get to the gym for some weights and more cardio.
My diet will be on trial too. I will be watching all of my intake, Ill be trying to cut out as much fat as I can. Im not going to do a "diet" because IMO you have to change your whole lifestyle in order to see an effect, you have to stick with it, and I dont want to make it a "diet"
I gotta go, but Ill post with progress.
