Is this Workout Plan Okay??

Hey all, I've been really working hard lately. I'm a 16 year old male living in Mississippi ( not like ya really care hehe ). For the summer, I'd like to have a nice mid-section. I'd like to have a 6-pack ( dream on ) and a nice looking body as a whole. My weekly routine consists of each day 30 minutes on the treadmill. The top speed on the treadmill is like a good strong walk. After that, I usually do 2 sets of 30 sit - ups with about 10 seconds of rest period in between each set. I do the sit ups every other day. I use the treadmill every day of the week except for Sunday. I take in a lot of water, and eat wisely. I have been using this routine for about 3 weeks now. I dont see many results. Right after working out I feel great, but the next day I feel terrible ( fat in a sense). I know that the water isn't bloating me because I feel the fat on my stomach itself, and it seems as if it's not going anywhere... please help? What am I doing wrong?
- Thankz

I personally don't like treadmills I would suggest maybe jogging around the area in which you live rather than a fast walk on a treadmill. Just carry a little watch with you and when 30 mins is up stop jogging and walk for a few mins (cool down). Don't forget to stretch.

Good Luck

If you want get abs, I did this exercise at soccer practice about 2 or times a week. At first it burns like crazy (that means its working) but after a while you get used to it and it really makes your abs strong. All you have to do it lay on your back and straighten your legs and lift them up and hold them 6 inches above the ground then go up to 45 degrees above the ground hold for about 30 seconds the first couple of times you do it. Once you get going on this then you can add scissors kicks and different leg movements while your holding them. Dont forget to increase the amount of time your holding it! Good Luck
