Day 1 (yesterday)

Shoulders followed by 20 minutes of moderate cardio. Pretty decent workout overall.

I am using 2 supplements - ON Pro Complex and BSN's No-Explode

Will post more in depth report tonight about todays diet and workout.

I have gotten off to a horrible start in terms of keeping up with this journal (and to a lesser extent with my diet)

I did have some good workouts last week however.

Starting fresh as of today. Hopefully my internet connection at home will be more reliable and I will be able to update daily.
