If i just do 1 or 2 excercises for triceps i never get a full pump or feel it the next day. If i do 12-15 sets i will usually feel it for 2-3 days.

Nice leg session man. Some impressive weights, but I am confused. How are your squat and leg press so close in weight?

Oh okay, now that makes more sense. At first I was thinking what the hell, lol. Most people's leg press doubles or even triples their squat usually. Keep up the hard work man.

Day 33
Legs
Squat: 105x8 195x6 285x1
Leg Curl: 50x8 50x8 150x8
Leg Ext: 90x8 90x8 270x4
Ok i got to the gym at 7:40 pm and thought it was open til 9:00 pm, but it actually closes at 8 pm so i decided to go light 2 reps then real heavy for the last rep. Maxed out on squats and did 270 4 times on leg ext which surprised me. Havnt been able to post for a couple days, this update is from Friday. Took Saturday and today(Sunday) both off.
Thanks Trias for your support. Stick to the weights, eat, and rest properly and Im sure you will make excellant progress. Thanks again for looking in on my thread.
