D-Bell Press: 25x8 25x8 55x9 60x6(almost 7, failure)
C. Flyes: 45x6 50x4
Triceps
Arm Ext: 30x8 110x8 115x6
Cable Pushdowns: 120x6 130x5
Abs
Great workout, chest is just pumped form the 60 lb set. Decided to go to 2 excercises per muscle group with only 2 hard sets to not overtrain. HIIT tomorrow.
Weighed in at 194.

Did my cardio today. Instead of a 20 min HIIT i did 20 minute moderate with 10 minutes HIIT at the end. Back/biceps/shoulders tomorrow.
Got an unexpected 2 hours of basketball in tonight. Felt good.

Biceps
Chin-Ups(Palms facing in): 5x 5x 4x
21's: 30x10 95x7x7x6 50x8
Shoulders
Overhead Press: 40x10 110x5 120x2
Shrugs Behind Back: 105x12 155x10 205x8
Good workout, was able to do 1 more chin-up on the first two sets today. Decided to only do 1 set of heavy 21's and two smaller regular curl sets, one before and one after it. Cardio tomorrow.
Weighed in at 193.

Today I did 20 minutes moderate cardio followed by 10 mintues HIIT. Its been working out well, going to stick with it for a couple more cardio sessions. Bad night yesterday, had problems falling asleep. I think ill go and take a nap now...

15 minute light cardio
Pretty good workout today, legs are heavy goin up and down the stairs. Got 11 hours of sleep last night, made up for the night before. Threw in some extra cardio, just felt like walking....HIIT tomorrow.

Had to work all day so i didnt make it to the gym... Did 30 minutes moderate cardio on my excercise bike at home though... 1st bad meal in a while, had pizza last night....Ouch!

Workouts are really looking great man, keep up the hard work. I am sure that it is all going to pay off soon. I am assuming that when a set is bolded that its a new PR, correct?

Yea thats right..... My strenght has gone up a lot. I think its been that before i was overtraining, working out 6 days a week and got nowhere. Now my lifts are movin up...

Ok my diet wasnt great this weekend, it could have been a lot better. Workout was good today, weight moving up in most excercises. Weighed in at 192 today. That makes 10 pounds in 6 weeks...Not bad.

Did my HIIT today on my excercise bike instead of going into the gym. It wasnt as great but did the job...My back has been feeling sore lately, i might not do deadlifts and squats this week. Will decide tomorrow.

This is probably the worst workout i have had by far. Didnt do deads because of my back, and had no energy after 2nd set of chins. Couldnt really concentrate, too much on my mind right now. Oh well, HIIT tomorrow.

Didnt goto the gym today, had to go to the university i am attending next week(Grand Vally State University). Did like 2 1/2 hours of walking in 95 degree weather. Books are so friggin expensive. Legs tomorrow.
