Its okay man, what the exercise is actually called really doesnt matter. Kind of sucks though for us readers because we dont know what youre doing. Keep up the hard work.

Sucks when youre diet is crap doesnt it? I always feel like hell when my diet sucks. Really need to focus on cleaning my diet up 100%, to be honest. It is really getting out of hand. Nice DB press strength, BTW.

Day 52
Back
Deadlifts: 135x8 135x8 250x6 270x4
B.O. Row: 140x5 145x3
D-bell rows: 62.5x6 65x5
Biceps
21s: 100x6x6x2
Cable Curls: 80x6 90x5
Shoulders
Overhead Press: 40x8 40x8 115x5 120x3
Behind the Back Shrugs: 125x12 175x10 225x8
Ok I did 270 4 times on deadlift and my 1 rep a couple weeks ago was 275..... I might try to 1 rep next week 300. Taking a week off of the back helped me out a lot. Pretty happy, i just wanna hit that 300.
Thanks MonStar on the DB strength.....it gets better and better every time. Diet is really hard to do...but after that man the results show up...Its worth cleaning it up.
BTW my dad gave me the worst haircut ever he just couldnt freaking take a 2 all the way through.....think im going to shave my head bald.

I got legs tomorrow too Jackal, lets both set some awesome new PR's.
Anyway, dont think too much of my deadlift man, it happened a few months back. I ended up working up to 615 actually. I pulled 500 which was a huge PR for me, then 505, then 525, and then jumped to 555 with wrestling shoes. After that my deadlift confidence was WAY up. So I went for 565, I think, then I know I pulled 6 plates (585) without much of a struggle. Finally I hit 605, and then 615.
Honestly, looking back, I have no IDEA how I did that. I mean the way my lower back has been treating me, I have no idea. Its been f*cking killing me lately. I am not sure what to do. Even though I said I wasnt going to---I think I am going to deadlift tomorrow, lol.
BTW, sorry to ramble on and on.

Day 54
Legs
Squat: 105x8 105x8 200x6
Leg Curl: 50x8 170x5 140x6
Leg Ext: 90x8 275x5 230x6
Leg Press: 270x5 270x4
Calves on leg Press: 230x12 250x10 280x8
Ok big problems with squats today. I repped 285 a few weeks back but i wasnt even able to rep 265 once today i felt so pissed..... everything else went smooth. Weighed in at 190 and i cant be more happy that i have monday and tuesday off next week from school.

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill today at 4 mph and 9% incline to make up for yesterday........
Ive have already been planning out my bulk but i dont think i will be able to start before january 5th ( canceling gym membership and working out at school, but christmas recess...) The bulk will last at least 4 months so until the end of april....I am thinking it will look something like this:
Day 1: Back/ Shoulders
Day 2: Chest/ Triceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: off
Day 5: off
Back to day 1.
I am not going to do any direct work for the biceps like i am doing now. Thinking about doing 5x5 or just 3 heavy sets for 4-6 reps instead of 2 sets for deads, squats and bench. Going to try the carb/protein x3 a day and protein/fat 3x a day meal plan and try to figure osmehting out before i start...Going ot shoot for 55 30 15 carb protein fat for 4000 calories.
Carb - 550 g
Protein - 300 g
Fat - 67 g
Unlike my current journal i think i will post the food im eating in the log everyday unlike the outline sketch of my diet i posted earlier for this log. More specifics of diet will be posted later, just need to figure some things out first.
Any comments appreciated.
