Good day at the gym. Trying out 5x5 on biceps for a bit to see how that works. Deadlifts felt good for havin a week off, and i threw in another back excercise. If anyone could recommend a good lift for the shoulders that would be great, i think im lacking a bit in that area.

1 cup 2% milk
1 scoop whey
2 pieces ww bread

Excellent day at the gym today, took a bit longer than usual to get finished. Just below my knees im all cut up from the deads, and i was gushin mad blood in the gym. Seein the blood made me workout harder
