Congrats on starting your online journal. Some suggestions:

#1 = why don't you list lbs. of the weights you are using, that will help others here see where you are at and make suggestions.

#2 = your eating plan needs attention give your fitness goals. Spend some time in the Diet & Nutrition forum and read the various posts and stickies. Others will jump in and offer specific suggestions.

How would you describe your elliptical workout intensity. I suggest using an interval approach with high intensity for best results. Please describe the elliptical workout so we can make specific suggestions.

We want you to achieve your fitness goals so the detail you provide will enable us to do a better job of making constructive comments.

You are off to a good start with your journal efforts. Have a great day!

ok

for dumbbell chest press i did 3 sets at 35 lbs, 12 reps first set and 10 the other two
incline chest presss i did 3 sets at 20lbs-8-10 reps
and flys i did 2 sets at 25lbs 8-10reps also

for the elliptical trainer i would say intensity was fairly high, i warmed up for the first 15mins going around speed 7, then i would hard for a min then slow down for a min, i did that for 10mins then finnished off the last 5mins at speed 7
