Ran a mile on treadmill after

Warmed up with situps and stretches

PowerCleanPush Press 1x5:95 4x2:115

Squats 1x5:135 1x5:185 1x5:205 2x5:225

After, I did a one hour lift class, which was a full body endurance type lifting; my girlfriend is in training to be fitness instructor for 24 hour fitness so I did this with her.

Ran for three miles around Lake Merritt, beautiful weather here in Oakland; not as windy and cold as across the bay.


Wow really struggling to get to the gym! Last couple weeks of the semester so hopefully more gym time soon!
