PullUps- 12, 8, 5

Squats 1x8-135 1x6-185 3x5-205

Running Warmed up on T-mill for two minutes at 3.5 mph, ran for 1min at 9mph and then a went back down to 3.5. Did this twice more and then did 10mph at 30 sec. for a last sprint.

Cleans 1x5:55

Power Clean to Push Press 1x5:95 5x2:135

Squats 1x7:195 1x5:205 3x3:225

Running Warmed up for two minutes at 4mph; did a mile in 7:31

Congratulations on moving up to the big wheels on those power clean and push jerks.

Get to bed early and don't forget to pack a lunch for the first day of school tomorrow. And don't miss the big yellow school bus or you will have to walk!
