July 10
Walked about a couple miles or so and did two sets of 30 push ups
First time I've done any physical activity since my surgery. The last week and a half have been pretty miserable. I got terribly anesthesia sickness immediately after the surgery and was nauseous for pretty much the whole week. I ended up having to go to the ER to get treated for dehydration. All in all, the surgery was a horrid experience. But now that I got the plastic stints out of my nose I can breathe great through my nose now!

Thanks Pierini and Minime!

Pull Ups 10, 5, 3
Dips 22, 11, 8
Chin Ups 7, 4, 2
Nothing to strenuous; took my time with each set and allowed plenty of rest. Felt good though to be back in the gym.

Karate workout tonight
Hi JDR3- I've been staying out of the dojo in the last couple weeks for fear of my nose being injured.

I read that about the nose, but I didn't think you were smart enough to stay away! lol
Actually, I wasn't smart enough to put that together, my bad.
Good to hear you're back at it and feeling good.
