Hi TomG-It's not that strenuously paced; warm-up is kinda long. But you still get a decent work out. My main motivation is representing Gosoku-Ryu well and not looking weak.

Hot in Oakland the last couple of days! We usually don't experience too much heat like this; hence no one in town has air conditioning.

Squats 1x8:185 1x6:205 1x5:225 2x2:245
Dips 15, 9, 5
Both PR's for me today on #of reps for BP at 205 and weight for squats at 245.
I had a spotter for the bench press; the first three I was able to do cleanly w/o any assistance.
