Remember this as finals rob you of your fitness time: something is better than nothing. I know you have 5 minutes to spare and you can get whupped with the right workout in 5 minutes.

Thanks Pierini! I often get too wrapped up in my school work and think I don't have time to work out, when I really do. The ironic thing is that often I get so stressed out that I ended up wasting time anyhow staring at the screen. That's time I could use for exercising, which would help with the stress.
So here's patting to myself on the back for consecutive days of exercise!

Did a new karate workout tonight. I got too frustrated with the Richmond guys and am working out with the UC club. They meet three times a week for 2 hours each, so double the workout time! Overall the workout itself is pretty good, but the intensity is not as high as my old Gosoku Ryu workout. But I think the extra hour makes up for it.

Hi TomG-Yeah, the constant hypothetical ideas got to me. There was a lot of "this is what would work and this is what won't" without even actually trying it.
