Chin Ups 7, 4, 3

Warmed up for two mins on treadmill and then ran a mile in 7:03 on treadmill

L-Pull Ups: 6, 5, 5, Tried to maintain 90 degrees with legs as best as possible; still working on maintaining that

Pull-ups: 7, 4, 3
