Jasahn's August '07 Workouts


First time post of workout!

Warm Up:

3x10-Dips
30, 20, 14-Situps on an incline bench. No more than thirty seconds rest inbetween.

Bench Press: Incline Bench:

1x10- 45 2x8- 115
2x8- 135
2x6- 155

Overhead Tricep Press: Tricep Press Down:
1x10- 35 3x8- 60
1x8- 45
2x7- 55


And as always I rode at least 7-10 miles on my bike throughout town.

Good to see you here. Don't forget to pull as well as push. I can't think of a site that shows proper bench technique, does anybody else?

Dang, I sound like a teacher. Bad habit.

Keep training.

And if you take up drumming at Berkeley you lose your mancard.

Thanks for checking out UC Berkeley for me Pierini! You think you could scope out some of my course work for me too? Maybe get some of that done for me in advance!

Not planning on switching to percussion anytime soon; I'll stay with stringed instruments and avoid drum circles.

Thursday 8/30


Today went as follows:

Pull Ups:
9, 4, 3

Single Arm D-Bell Rows: Seated Cable Rows:
3x10@ 35 3x10@ 100

Chin Ups:
6, 4, 4

Standing Barbell Curls: Standing D-Bell Curls:
3x8@ 50 3x10@ 20

Running: Lightly jogged a mile to warm up, then ran one mile at 6:55.
