Jaster's Punishment

Ok, I don't know if I will keep up with this. I can write witty quips I can write little stories but when it comes to a Journal I suck! LOL
I'm doing this because MonStar had asked me to give it a try.

I keep a log in the gym it's a sweaty pice of graph paper I'll try to convert it here. >>>

Chest and Triceps day:
Flat Bench:
3 sets
415Lbs got it up 7 Reps (Last week I left off here with only 5 reps) Moved the weight up! 2 min rest.
425Lbs got that up 5 reps! (Wow what was I the hulk?) only 1 min rest here and back again!
425Lbs went up only 4 Reps ( Still felling hulkish LOL)

Fly:
3 sets no rest (Put DB's down wipe sweat go again)
70Lbs/8, 70Lbs/8, 75Lbs/6

Pull over:
2 sets no rest (Put DB down wipe sweat go again)
100Lbs/6, 100Lbs/6

Tri Kick back:
3 Sets no rest(Put DB's down wipe sweat go again)
70Lbs/12, 70Lbs/10, 70/Lbs10

Tri Rope Ext.
3 Sets no rest (wipe sweat go again)
165Lbs/11, 165Lbs/10 (Feeling it now!) 165Lbs/8

Tri Push Downs
3 Sets no rest (wipe sweat go again)
200Lbs/11, 200Lbs/8, 200Lbs/9!!
Then I went outside and choped and pulled an old pine tree stump out of my yard!! (Fireman love Axes!!)

See ya!!!

Your rep range seems a bit high, Jaster. What's your reasoning?

My legs are already HUGE. Plus I need to get more 45's as I'm running outta room on my bars.

Sounds like you need some 90s ... not 45s.

I got 3 sets of 45's the rest I make up with 25's so another set or 2 of 45's should free up bar space.
But I like to go with high reps on my legs as they are big already.
