Legs

Length of training session 40 mins
Training intensity good
Mood good
Appetite poor - good
Sleep quality poor
Water intake poor

Notes Not the best workout, but got a good feeling these next 2 weeks are gonna see some big increases in weights lifted after 3 basic recovery workouts, should be refreshed now.

P.S. Last night tonight of having the internet connected at my home, so will have to post when I get the chance on parents comp when I visit, usually bout once a week or more (specially now the pools in!).

Update

Have just finished the bulking period of 30 days and gained approx 4.5kg (~10lbs) to 83.4kg and watched strength increase quite alot, especially at about the 2 week period.

Started the lean phase today and had a great workout of chest, shoulders, tris. Diet is not really going to change too dramatically, I will probably watch the sugar and fat intake a little more than last month (even though I never really ate too much **** food), but will be increasing the cardio majorly.

I am currently doing research for gym owners on the PT services of fitness centres and enjoying that immensly and also have free access to the facilities at each centre (and they are quite equiped!), which I am still yet to train in (after 10 days).

Hope everyone is training well and enjoying themselves and working toward their goals steadily.

Until next time, take care and be happy

[/b]Update[B/]

In the past few weeks I have had quite alot happen, other than trying to re-design/or more appropriately improve a PT structure for a gym centre I am in the process of opening to the public my own PT studio which officially began operations on the 25/11 (same day as my b/day! ). Anyway I have been busy looking for equipment and have had my up's and down's along the way.

Two saturday's ago I grabbed myself a bargain, I purchased half a cable crossover station (triceps pushdown/low pulley machine), large smith machine, calgym squat rack, hacksquat machine, leg curl machine, and every dummbell set from 7.5 - 25 kg for $1250 - all of it commercial quality and in tiptop nick. Then I got 145kg of Olympic weight plates, Olympic bar, and decline/flat/incline bench with preacher attach for $600 (pretty fair price for brand new), all this to go aside my 4 station dual stack pin weight system. Honestly, fair-dinkum my place looks like it should have a sign saying $45 per month!

As far as my training is concerned I have been doing little bits and since getting all this equipment have been back into it, I am currently fluctuating between 80.9 - 82.8 kg depending on my activities and diet during the week.
