howdy guys, going to start another journal with the hope of taking my training seriously again. just recovered from the chicken pox about 10 days ago and since have slowly built my strength back up (pre-pox benching about 260lbs for reps, 7 days ago struggling with 220 x 5, currently back to 250 for 5), so im happy to be recovering well.
not real definite on a particular program to run, basically train what i feel i can handle, some weeks are different to others, this week is going to be one part a day and maybe an
upper body on the friday. next week might be upper/lower splits for the week etc. once strength and weight feel good/stable i will re-introduce my runs again (which i enjoy lots) about 3-4 times a week.
