what a workout, one of my best for the year i'd say
was only really back day (splitting it up with a full-body once a week)

pulldowns
40 x 12
60 x 10
60 x 12

BB rows
80 x 10
90 x 8
80 x 8

DB rows
30 x 10
30 x 9

Punching bag
~10 mins of absolute hell for leather
i reckon i would've killed about 15 guys and seriously injured many more lol, unreal workout.

sweating like a deadset f***ing pig, not one cell on me is dry!

have an enjoyable run ahead of me tonite.

the last week i've recovered well from sickness and have had some really good workouts, its good to feel the ole muscle density pump back out a bit.

weight today: 84.5kg 186lbs
bf% ~10%
waist: 32.5"

hey, well i've been training hard even though i haven't been filling this out regularly.

i'm more on the spot training, training everybody part at least once and training other parts as they feel fresh.

also been doing lots of cardio runs and stuff.

quite a few of my mates the other day came over and were trying to do 135 for 1 rep and none of them could do it, i thougt it was pretty funny, considering were all about 185lbs and not really fat at all, so last nite i got curious and had a go at as many i could do as possible - i got 44 reps of 135lbs, pretty happy with that number, mite give it another go in a couple of months.

measurements at the moment:
weight - 83.5kg (184lbs)
waist - 32"
arms - 16" cold
bf% - 8.5%

feeling probably the most balanced i ever have now, or at least as good as when i was 18-19!

im on break from uni at the moment so its work full time for the next 2 weeks and being a physical job its a fine line between overtraining and not (damn my job itself is overtraining!!) anyway today i did a one set body part workout, pretty good i think, maintenance workout!

bench i got 120kg (265lbs) for 6 reps, very happy.
BB rows 100kg for 5 reps, little bit dodgy.
Squats 100kg, 2 sets, 10+12 calf raise 15 reps
shoulder press 60kg for 12 reps
Tri extensions 60kg for 7 reps
Bicep curl 60kg for 5 reps
