I want to lose 3 inches in my waist, maybe an inch in each thigh, put some muscles on my stomach, add defintion to my arms and legs, and kick my butt up to where it's suppose to be!

Biceps: 10 (ROTFL)

Butt: 34 1/2
Thighs: 20 1/2
Knee:13 1/2
Calves: 13 1/4
Yoga 5-7 times a week. 10-30 minutes.
Work with weights every 2-3 days.
Do Tony Little target training for stomach 3 times per week.
Jog once a week (bad knee).
Work gluts and legs 3-4 times per week.
Kick box twice a week.
Do 15 minutes of cardio w/2lb weights, 5-7 times per week.
Goal:
To be able to do 10 push ups (I suck at those)
5 pull ups (you have no idea how I suck at those)
100 sit ups
100 crunches
To be able to work easily with 15lb weights.
To be able to lift a 50lb bag without having to 'stradle' it.
